Hello

Hello i'm Holden Lawson. So here is a little about me. I will eat mostly anything as long as it doesn't look like bird poop. I am very judgmental "In a good way", Also i love to cook. My mother went to culinary school so I've been in the kitchen since i was little kid. The first thing i made was a basic Bechamel Sauce. Ever since then I've been in the kitchen cooking, tasting, and loving it.  This blog is not going to be like "Julie and Julia" i cook, i review, and i always tell the blunt truth.
